VOTE BY MAIL: Mail completed application to the address indicated above. Only ONE APPLICATION may be mailed in each envelope. A ballot will then be mailed to you at the address you indicate.

VOTE IN PERSON: Bring a picture ID and come to the Madison County Courthouse, 5th floor, Absentee Voting. Last day to vote in person, OCTOBER 28, 2010, 5:00p.m.

DEADLINE: Application must be received in the office of the Absentee Election Manager by 5:00 p.m. on October 28, 2010.

VOTED BALLOTS may be hand delivered to the Absentee Election Manager BY THE VOTER BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS THE DAY BEFORE THE ELECTION, NOVEMBER 1, 2010; or they may BE RECEIVED BY THE ABSENTEE ELECTION MANAGER THROUGH THE U.S. MAIL by 12:00 noon on Election Day, NOVEMBER 2, 2010, if they are postmarked no later than the day before the election. Proper identification MUST be provided.
