VOTE BY MAIL: Mail completed application to the address indicated above. Only ONE APPLICATION may be mailed in each envelope. A ballot will then be mailed to you at the address you indicate.

VOTE IN PERSON: After April 20, 2010, bring a picture ID and come to the Madison County Courthouse, 5th floor, Room 537, Absentee Voting.

DEADLINE: Application must be received in the office of the Absentee Election Manager by 5:00 p.m. on May 27, 2010.

VOTED BALLOTS may be hand delivered to the Absentee Election Manager BY THE VOTER BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS THE DAY BEFORE THE ELECTION (the day before the election is a holiday, so in this election the deadline is Friday, May 28, 2010); or they may BE RECEIVED BY THE ABSENTEE ELECTION MANAGER THROUGH THE U.S. MAIL by 12:00 noon on Election Day if they are postmarked no later than the day before the election. Proper identification MUST be provided.
